- Pack up leftovers in a lunch box or takeaway container instead of over-eating.
- O — Switch Off / Order One Dish Only
- Press the imaginary/physical “switch off” button when you’re 80% full — stop right there, and no more bites for this meal; OR
- Order just 1 dish of moderate serving size (with 1 optional small side dish and/or 1 optional drink) when dining out, if practical.
- L — Low Carb
- Go easy on rice, bread, pasta, and sugary foods — fill your plate more with veggies and protein.
- D — Deferred Gratification
- Enjoy the food when the time feels right, not instantly.
